How To Make Persian Lamb Meatballs

500g lamb mince
1 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 handful fresh mint
1 finely chopped onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup water
fresh lime juice

This looks so good;; well in Iran the meat balls are usually a bit bigger but it does not really matter!I personally watch your videos just to see how the food s getting cooked.(or maybe one day  will take the courage to make one of your recipes ..maybe…….since I really miss Persian food;;)Thank you for the great video!
