How To Make Persian Tah-Chin (ته چین مرغ)

4-5 chicken thigh fillets
1/2 diced brown onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp saffron water
2 cups cold water
3 bay leaves

2 cups basmati rice (4 cups cooked rice), boiled persian style.
cracked pepper/pinch salt
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp saffron water
1/5-2 cups greek yoghurt
3 egg yolks

garnish with slivered almonds, barberries and/or pistachios
